yeah, fat flies! plus i add enough sugar to my coffee to make me sweet enough... right? do i need to add more :)
I have been doing the apple cider vinegar thing for over a week now. It started out as an attack against a sinus infection, and that cleared up pretty quickly. It has now turned into a small experiment.
I have been taking it before (almost) each meal to see if it helps lose weight.
I think yes.
Even if I only do it for two meals each day, I have noticed a drop in my desire to snack, and my appetite has decreased also. Even if it is the placebo effect, at least it's having an effect! I may not have dropped 10lbs in a week, but I feel like it makes it easier to make better decisions about my food.
Staying at home I will eat whatever is around, and sometimes I forget to eat, which make me ravenous, which means I'll eat almost anything, and then do.
I think I should also note that I have been drinking better lately. I have about 2 cups of coffee in the morning, then water the rest of the day - unless it's after I have my acv, in which case a few swigs of milk. Other than that, I haven't really had anything else to drink like soda. If you know me at all, I do not drink diet. If I am going to drink soda, it will be full sugar.
Anyway, I thought I'd let you know how the acv experiment has been going.
