We drove 12hrs to and from Louisiana for Thanksgiving. The kids were fabulous travelers, and really did enjoy the car ride. About the last 30mini on the way home, they started to come unraveled, but the rest of the car time was very nice.
We stayed at my aunt's house along with my parents, and my grandparents were there as well. While there we celebrated my grandfather's 80th birthday. The kids got to run around outside, and literally had a ball with the two I bought from Wal-mart for $1 each. My mom was impressed that they had so much fun with only two playground balls.
