No, not as in, "just another brick in the______." but, "Oh my goodness I don't feel like doing anything today, I have just hit a _____."
Physically, emotionally, everything-ally, I just can't muster up and do it.
Not depression really, just an overall blah. I still am doing my quiet time in the morning, and trying to keep up with my work outs, but I just don't want to do anything.
Even typing this was not really something I wanted to do.
We had a pretty good day today (despite the migraine that tried to insinuate itself into the events). I will try to get that stuff posted tomorrow....
