I took off last Tuesday. I just didn't feel up to...life. I sat in bed (did a little work at a reclined position) and didn't really do much of anything.

I did feed the kids, and make dinner (ish), but overall I did nothing. I know the kids watched more TV than I would care to admit.

Overall it was a pretty lovely day. I figured that since I couldn't call in sick to anywhere officially, I would call in sick to myself...

that works, right?
